Job Description:

Full-time Counter Manager at Boots, Southampton. You will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Sales Management: Lead and motivate brow and beauty experts to high performance and sales targets.
Brow Services & Revenue Generation: Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to increase customer satisfaction and repeat appointments.
Target-Driven Sales: Connect with customers, demonstrate products, and meet individual as well as counter sales goals.
Teamwork and Motivation: Conduct daily meetings, promote communication, and recognise achievements.
Business Growth: Develop in-store and external events, collaborations, product launches and charity initiatives to boost sales.
Stock Optimisation: Maintain full stock, monitor inventory, report concerns to Area Manager.
Communication Leadership: Act as a key communicator between store/department managers and area managers.
Efficient Administration: Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks to support store operations.
Staff Scheduling Excellence: Create fair and effective monthly staff rotas aligned with sales goals.
Brand Presentation: Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards for counter and displays.
