Passenger Assistant

About The Role

Working Pattern: 4 variable shifts per week over 7 days – 4 to 6 hours per day. Hours can range from 5 a.m. starts to 11 p.m. finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet arriving, departing, and transferring passengers with restricted mobility (PRM).
• Communicate effectively with passengers and staff.
• Assist PRM passengers at drop-off/pick-up points, airline check-in, airport security, and pre-boarding aircraft.
• Safely assist in the transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Use company equipment responsibly, ensuring all equipment is maintained.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.

Additional Requirement:

You will be required to pass pre-employment screening, including five years of employment referencing.
