Luther King is a Theological College, bed and breakfast and conference centre in Rusholme. Job Summary: To work alongside our other general maintenance person to cover reactive and scheduled maintenance on a daily basis in hotel bedrooms, meeting rooms, public areas and offices.
There may be times that working off site is required. Main duties will include: basic plumbing, electrical and joinery work, painting and decorating, garden maintenance, compliance checks, cleaning and being able to assist in a variety of reasonable tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.
Personal Qualities: Ability to work unsupervised, Excellent time management, Ability to prioritise own workload.
Although this role is not directly ‘public-facing,’ the successful applicant will need to respond in an appropriate manner to residents and guests. Valid driving licence would be preferred.
