Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Maintenance Technician to support the day‑to‑day operation of our car park facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and fully functional environment for customers and staff. Your responsibilities include routine inspections, identifying faults and carrying out basic maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily checks across car park areas, including entry/exit barriers, payment machines, lighting, signage and safety systems
• Identify, report and, where possible, resolve faults or maintenance issues promptly
• Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
• Ensure the car park is clean, tidy and free from hazards
• Monitor equipment performance and elevate more complex issues to the relevant teams or contractors
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, faults and completed work
• Support health and safety compliance by reporting risks and ensuring standards are met

Fixed term: 12 months
