Paramount Personnel is recruiting for an experienced grounds maintenance operative for a well-established and respected grounds maintenance company across the South West. As a key member of the grounds maintenance team, the successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and a passion for hands‑on work within an outdoor environment.

Grounds Maintenance Operative responsibilities include:

• Strimming
• Grass cutting

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, and an opportunity for a dedicated grounds maintenance operative to join a great team environment.
