Salary & Benefits
? £26,220 basic salary
? Uncapped commission
? Full company benefits package
? Fully paid 2-week training programme
? Supportive office-based team environment
? Monday to Friday only – no weekends
? Start date: June 2026
Working Hours
Alternating weekly shifts:
* 9:00am – 5:30pm
* 10:00am – 6:30pm
What You’ll Be Doing
* Speaking with customers who have already expressed an interest in our products
* Handling a mix of warm inbound and outbound enquiries
* Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable financial and investment solutions
* Building strong relationships and trust with customers
* Working towards achievable individual and team targets
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you:
* Have sales or contact centre experience
* Are confident and professional on the phone
* Can build rapport quickly with customers
* Are target-driven and motivated by earning commission
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* Want to develop a career within financial services
Financial services experience is helpful but not essential – full training is provided.
