About the Role

We are seeking a committed Teacher to join secondary schools in Cardiff. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver thought‑provoking lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Encourage open‑minded discussions and debates that challenge students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to meet individual learning needs.
• Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment where all students feel safe to express their views.
• Participate in school activities, assemblies, and events to contribute to the broader school community.

About You / Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching at secondary school level.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
• A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, with a commitment to student development.
• Flexibility and a willingness to be an active part of the school’s community.
• An enhanced DBS and EWC for Wales.
