Occupational Therapist – Elder Care & Dementia (Hybrid)

Hertfordshire County Council is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to work with vulnerable older adults with physical disabilities or dementia in various locations including Hatfield. You will receive support from an Occupational Therapy manager and engage in meaningful face-to-face visits.

This position offers flexibility with hours, requiring 40% office attendance and the remainder working remotely. Strong assessment skills and an HCPC qualification are essential for this role.
