Overview
We’re looking for Service Assistants to join us at Sheffield Park and Garden to help busy teams throughout our visitor operations.
This is a zero‑hour contract with flexible hours. The role includes weekends and Bank Holidays but no evenings or split shifts, and may increase during school holidays and our busy autumn period.
Salary: £12.75 per hour.
What you’ll be doing
The core of the job is to provide support to colleagues and visitors: greeting visitors, processing payments and membership on tills, promoting membership, assisting with visitor induction on mobility vehicles, answering visitors’ questions, and ensuring they can find everything they need to enjoy the day.
