You’ll join a friendly 2:1 team supporting a lovely female client who enjoys structured routines, attending day centres, and going for local walks. We are looking for a support worker with experience with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour.
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing personal care and mobility support
- Assisting with light household tasks
- Supporting structured routines and community activities
- Being a consistent and reassuring presence in her daily life
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Experience in learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour
- Someone calm, reliable, and proactive to help her flourish
