We’re looking for a Store Expert to act as an ambassador for the Mitsubishi brand, who will be passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. As a Store Expert you will be assisting with customer enquiries, test drives and will enjoy maintaining a high standard of the brand. You will love to learn as attaining product knowledge for our vehicles is a must to ensure a first class experience is given.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors to the store and being available to answer any queries
- Supporting customers through all stages of the buying process, assisting them with product choice, part exchange, finance and delivery options
- Conducting vehicle handovers both on site and at the customer’s home or workplace in line with standards
- Working closely with the Head Office team to ensure delivery of a consistent customer process
- Maintaining an excellent standard of product, brand and after sales knowledge at all times
- Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the Mitsubishi Store, Experience Centre and any vehicles on site at all times
- Addressing any in-store customer complaints and escalating as required
Key Holder Responsibilities
- Managing opening and closing shifts when the store leadership team is not present
- Key holders have extra responsibility in leading the team with operational procedures in the absence of the leadership team
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- GCSE Maths and English – minimum C or above
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels
- Proficient in the use of everyday software
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Proactive and self‑motivated
A keen interest and passion for cars and customer service is ideal. Full training will be provided.
Salary £19,000 per annum with an additional £500 per annum for Key Holder duties.
