What will your responsibilities be?
- Specialist LD&A assessments— Complete Care Act‑compliant assessments tailored to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, focusing on strengths, communication needs, risks, and eligibility for support.
- Person‑centred planning— Develop and review personalised support plans that promote independence, choice, community inclusion, and positive risk‑taking, working closely with families and advocates.
- Safeguarding & complex casework — Lead safeguarding enquiries, manage complex behaviours or vulnerabilities, and coordinate multi‑agency responses with health, education, and specialist LD services.

Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
