Safety-Critical LCV/LGV Mechanic & MOT Tester (Class 4/7)

Hyndburn Borough Council is looking for a qualified LCV/LGV Mechanic, MOT tester at the Central Vehicle Maintenance Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing a variety of vehicles, ensuring compliance with DVSA standards for annual testing.

Applicants must hold a valid MOT tester’s certificate and possess relevant qualifications in vehicle maintenance. Experience in welding and a comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety is preferred.
