Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the performance of the kitchen team, overseeing all aspects of kitchen operation and performance including people, guest, sales, profit, operations, health & safety and property.
- Ensure TGI Friday’s standards are maintained and kitchen performance delivers its targets through a People-First, Guest-Obsessed, Operational Excellence strategy.
About You
- Solid experience in a similar role with a proven track record of leading and delivering.
- Ability to demonstrate a guest-obsessed culture.
- Restaurant/hospitality experience.
- Proven track record of leading teams to success.
- Strong financial skills, comfortable managing audits and due diligence.
- Ability and skill to manage budgets, labour control and forecasting.
- Strong commercial acumen to drive sales and deliver business results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think fast.
- Great communication skills to lead, inspire a team and delight guests.
