Groundworkers

Our client, a prominent tier 2 contractor in the highways sector, is currently seeking multiple skilled Groundworkers to join their Asphalt gangs for a long-term contract in Bromley. This is an exceptional opportunity within a leading construction environment, offering stability and growth over a 6-year period.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of groundworks tasks related to asphalt paving and maintenance
• Ensure all work is completed according to health and safety regulations
• Operate machinery and equipment associated with highways works
• Carry out streetworks duties in compliance with relevant standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain tools and equipment to a high standard

Job Requirements

• Experience in water blue collar roles within the highways sector
• Valid CSCS card
• Streetworks Operative certification
• Class C driving licence
• Strong understanding of asphalt paving processes
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to high standards of workmanship and safety

Working Hours

06:30am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, with weekend work available.
