We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Tipper Driver to join a well-established and respected company based in Lincoln.

The Role

As a Class 2 Tipper Driver, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of materials to and from customer sites while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operating a Class 2 tipper vehicle
  • Delivering and collecting materials from customer and site locations
  • Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any defects
  • Ensuring all deliveries are completed in accordance with company procedures and health & safety regulations
  • Providing a professional and courteous service when interacting with customers and site personnel

Duration: The position is long term, ongoing.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: The hourly rate is £17.10. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year. Please note we do not offer sponsorship.

Working Hours: The role is Monday to Friday, 06:30-16:30.

Experience & Qualifications

What you will need:

  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Must be 25 years of age or over for insurance purposes
  • No more than 3 penalty points for a minor driving offence
  • Previous tipper experience preferred, but not essential
  • Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport regulations
  • Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
