Client Success Partner (Fixed-Term Contract)

At Jam Pan, we help global organisations solve learning, talent and technology challenges. We’re looking for a Client Success Partner to join our Customer Success team and support clients from project setup through to delivery.

This role combines client relationships, project coordination and commercial operations. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams and suppliers to ensure projects are set up smoothly, commercially sound and delivered successfully. Over time, you’ll build trusted client relationships, identify opportunities to add value and develop towards a Customer Success Manager role.

What you’ll do

  • Support clients from project kickoff to completion
  • Coordinate project setup, timelines and delivery
  • Prepare quotations, Statements of Work and commercial documentation
  • Manage purchase orders, project changes and CRM records
  • Work with internal teams, suppliers and freelancers
  • Build strong client relationships and support account growth
  • Gather client feedback and help improve the overall customer experience

We’re looking for someone who has

  • Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account or Project Coordination, or similar
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and confidence working with quotes and budgets
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • An interest in developing a career in Customer Success and Account Management

About the contract

This is initially a maternity cover role, but we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. While we can’t guarantee a permanent position, Jam Pan is expanding, and this role offers genuine opportunities for longer-term career development.
