Overview
The Heath Academy Trust and St Ives Primary and Nursery School are looking for a happy, enthusiastic and passionate person to lead our After School Club team. We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual who will take overall responsibility for the running of the school after school club and will directly manage day‑to‑day planning and delivery of activities for children.
Responsibilities
This role will include supporting staff, maintaining strong relationships with school staff, being approachable to parents, and providing a safe, caring, stimulating, and fun environment for the children in our care.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have at least a Level 3 qualification in Playwork or Childcare – a Level 4 qualification in Childcare is desirable. Applicants for this public‑facing post will need to demonstrate ability to converse and provide effective help or advice, fluently in written and spoken English.
