Are you a Mechanical Fitter or similar looking to join a newly established Plant Hire company offering a Mon-Fri schedule, company van, training in CAP LOLER, Christmas bonus and a way to boost your earnings through door-to-door pay and extensive 1.5x overtime pay?
Established in 2020, this plant hire company quickly became a leading name in the plant hire and machinery industry and now boasts over 100 high-performing plant machinery. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a permanent Plant Fitter to be their only technician, working closely with Directors and with genuine opportunities to grow with this young company.
In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, fitting, and repair of plant equipment within the workshop and Middlesborough patch. The role involves diagnosing faults, carrying out routine servicing, and undertaking major component overhauls. This role is a mix between workshop and mobile servicing no further than 45 miles from their workshop.
This role would suit an experienced fitter from the plant or construction industry looking to join a new Plant Hire company that is growing exponentially offering real progression as the only Plant Technician.
The Role
- Servicing, diagnosing and repairing plant equipment.
- Days based at workshop or mobile (Mon-Fri 7:30am-5pm).
- Annual bonus (percentage of salary).
- Plenty of overtime available and door-to-door pay on mobile jobs (1.5x rate).
- Company van + fuel card.
The Person
- Experienced Plant Fitter.
- Happy to commute to their yard in Middlesborough.
- Happy to commute to field service jobs within a 45-mile radius from workshop.
