Building Safety & Compliance Officer

Housing Diversity Network in Walsall is looking for a Building Safety Officer to ensure our homes and communities remain safe. In this role, you will collaborate with the Building Safety Manager and support various compliance activities including fire, asbestos, and water safety.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of relevant legislation, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing contractor work and maintaining records while keeping residents informed.
