Job Description:

To ensure the prompt preparation and accurate processing and retrieval of data within force including monthly reports, audits, inspections and H&S related issues.

To provide support for the department, responding to and dealing with enquiries in a timely and professional manner ensuring efficient and effective administration services.

Create and maintain departmental electronic filing systems on SharePoint and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information held within the Force systems through regular audit and checking procedures.

Collect, interpret and evaluate information from a wide range of information sources in a timely manner to facilitate informed decision making.
