Position: Retail Security Officer

Location: Talbot Green

Pay Rate: £15.50

Hours: Various

Shifts: Various SG / DS SIA licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible uniformed deterrent, contributing to the safety and security of the premises and staff
• Carry out the Company Policy on loss prevention and ensure the safety of staff and visitors
• Lawfully deter potential troublemakers on site
• Observe and report incidents using the correct reporting systems
• Carry out all duties assigned by the client or manager
• Keep site knowledge up to date and identify local developments
• Understand and implement Fire and Safety evacuation procedures
• Assist, if required, with staff and contractor searches
• Maintain the Security base in a clean and tidy condition
• Conduct yourself in a manner that brings credit to yourself and the Company, wearing full uniform and displaying the SIA licence

Qualifications

Our perfect Retail Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator, a team player, and have a drive to provide a friendly and professional service. Digital literacy is required to manage digital and paperless administration.
