Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Stirlingshire.
Contract: Full Time, PermanentSalary: £29,785Hours: 40 per weekLocation: Dollar, ScotlandInstitution: private co‑educational day and boarding school catering for 550 students and teachers daily. Free parking is available on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Work well in a team of chefs providing catering services to pupils and teachers.
- Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company’s brand standards.
- Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage is controlled.
- Follow all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures.
- Work a 5‑day rota, with weekend Boarding House feeding when required.

- Understanding of food cost basics and wastage management.
Knowledge / Competencies
- Good verbal English communication skills.
- Good written and reading English skills.
- Preferred experience in a customer and/or food preparation environment.
