Interim Finance Lawyer (Corporate Lending) | Global Financial Institution
We are currently working with a leading global financial institution seeking an experienced Finance Lawyer to join their legal team on an interim basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded legal function supporting a broad range of financing transactions and lending activities across a sophisticated and fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
- England & Wales qualified lawyer with 5+ PQE
- Strong academic background and training from a well-regarded law firm
- Experience advising on corporate lending and financing transactions
- Exposure to a range of lending products, including syndicated, bilateral and general corporate lending matters
- Ability to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to business stakeholders
- Prior experience within a financial institution or supporting financial services clients is advantageous
We are keen to speak with lawyers from:
- Investment Banks
- Retail Banks
- Challenger Banks
- International Law Firms with strong finance practices
- In-house financial services legal teams
