Contracts Manager

I am currently working with a growing residential main contractor who are looking to strengthen their operational team with the appointment of a Contracts Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple new build residential developments across South West London, managing multiple new build residential schemes at any one time from pre-construction through to completion, ranging up to £10 million in value.
The business has secured a strong pipeline of work and is looking for somebody who enjoys taking ownership of projects while working within a supportive and collaborative team.
Requirements:
• Contracts Manager experience
• New build residential background
• Experience overseeing multiple projects
• Main contractor experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
