Career Legal is looking for an experienced Associate General Counsel to join an elite US law firm in London. The role involves advising on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management, collaborating closely with Partners and business service leads.

The ideal candidate will be an England & Wales and/or New York Qualified Lawyer with a Corporate/Transactional background. This position requires 3+ years PQE and involves attending the office four days a week.
