This role would suit someone with existing family law experience. Overseas AUS/NZ Lawyers with proven UK/AUS/NZ Family law practicing skills are encouraged to apply even if you may not have practiced recently/before in Australia. Note though that existing work rights for Australia are mandatory – sponsorship is not possible.
