From our beginnings back in 1999 we now have great presence with our fantastic health store retailers. Plans are in place to continue this growth over the coming years, and a key part of that will come from the work done by our sales team managing retail customers in UK and Ireland.
As Territory Manager North your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing our trade with an existing base of retail customers, in an area in England north of M62 plus Scotland
- Identifying appropriate new business opportunities in line with company values
- Achieving KPIs for call rate, reporting and account planning
- Exceeding short and long term goals based upon wider business strategy.
- Working with all departments to ensure best possible service and customer satisfaction
About You – With experience of field sales, you’re keen to move into a role with fantastic autonomy to develop your customer base. You will be someone who has:
- A Self-motivated “can do” attitude. High levels of initiative
- The ability to be a team player both within sales and all departments.
- High capacity to learn and adapt.
- High level of business maturity.
- Is able to understand customer needs
- Is able to present and educate customers about the Viridian product range
And in terms of experience have:
- Upwards of 2 years field sales experience.
- A track record of exceeding goals and targets.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Exceptional integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of nutrition and/or personal care market desirable
- Experienced and skilled in using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) plus CRM tools
- A full clean driving license
- Be based in and willing to fully travel around your territory.
