Job Overview:Are you passionate about water safety and ensuring a positive experience for swimmers? Join the 4 Leisure team as a Lifeguard in West London. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to contribute to a supportive team environment.

Salary: £14.50 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid fortnightly!

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of all pool users by preventing accidents and responding promptly to emergencies.
• Supervise swimming activities and enforce pool rules to maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct regular checks and maintain cleanliness in the pool area.
• Assist with setting up and packing away pool equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns from pool users.

Preferred Requirements:

• Strong swimming ability.
• NPLQ certificate (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) preferred.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
