This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape the Employment practice in Birmingham, working alongside established HR, tax, mobility and consulting specialists to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

The role:

• Strategic employment law advice to employers
• Employment aspects of transactions and restructurings
• Employee incentives and share schemes
• Tribunal and workforce risk matters
• Proactive, commercially focused client support

About you:

• 7–12 PQE Employment Solicitor
• Strong regional, national or international firm background
• Commercial and solutions-focused
• Interested in business development and practice growth
• Enjoys working collaboratively across disciplines
