A respected hospitality operator is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee two established premium venues in Edinburgh.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys supporting managers, driving operational standards and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We’re looking for a hospitality professional who comes from a premium environment where service, quality and attention to detail are non-negotiable.

You’ll be commercially astute, experienced in controlling labour costs and passionate about creating a culture of accountability, consistency and hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support management teams across two venues
• Drive exceptional customer service standards
• Monitor labour costs and operational performance
• Coach, mentor and develop managers
• Ensure consistency in standards, presentation and service
• Lead from the front during busy trading periods
• Deliver strong commercial performance while maintaining premium guest experiences

About You

• Multi-site or senior operational management experience
• Premium hospitality background
• Strong financial awareness, particularly around labour management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality

Package

• £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience
• Share of tips
• Pension
• 48-hour contract
• 5-day working week
