Business Development Executive – Spanish Immigration & Legal Services

Díaz & Asociados is a growing international law firm specialising in Spanish immigration, international legal services and cross-border advisory. We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Development Executive to join our London office.

This role combines business development, client care and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while staying organised and detail-oriented.

Key responsibilities

  • Speaking with prospective clients and understanding their needs.
  • Booking and managing legal consultations.
  • Following up on enquiries and converting leads into clients.
  • Building relationships with individuals, businesses and professional partners.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, client records and case management.
  • Supporting the legal team to ensure an excellent client experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking to clients.
  • A proactive, friendly and professional attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English and native or bilingual Spanish are essential. Applications from candidates who are not fully bilingual in Spanish will not be considered.
