- Proven experience as a Licensed Conveyancer or Property Solicitor, ensuring the smooth running of the conveyancing department.
- Proficiency in handling a variety of property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold, and leasehold.
- Willingness to embrace training and development in Commercial Property, demonstrating your adaptability and growth mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
