Role

As Deputy Manager, you will support and care for young people, lead a small staff team and ensure effective implementation of care and independence programmes.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People.
• Willingness to pursue Level 5 Diploma.
• Experience in residential childcare.
