Based in Shoreditch, we have a team of talented people working on everything from product development to creative production, to customer experience.

Since 2011 we’ve been serving flat whites to the people of London from our London cafés, and in 2019 we took Grind online – and since then we’ve shipped tens of millions of our pink compostable coffee pods to customers around the world.

Since 2023, our Grocery pillar has enabled our products to be an extension of our brand via the UK’s top supermarkets. We are bringing the quality of our café experience into everyone’s coffee cup – whether they’re at home, at work, or on the go. It allows our products to be an extension of our brand.

A bit about the role.

In 2023, we launched Grind coffee products into supermarkets & wholesale, with 2025 our biggest year yet, extending our range to include Craft Instant Coffee. Having originally conquered the high street, then built a hugely successful D2C business, we are now focused on expanding our B2B presence having launched in 4 major UK supermarkets.

We are currently recruiting a Senior National Account Manager to spearhead the success of our brand in a major UK supermarket.

Responsibilities.

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with internal and customer key stakeholders to create a foundation for long‑term partnerships and business growth.
  • Oversee product management, growing our range & distribution across three key categories: Hot Coffee (including Instant, Pods, Beans & Ground Coffee), Ready‑to‑drink Iced Coffee, and BWS.
  • Partner closely with our Brand and Marketing teams to bring an understanding of your customers, their priorities & shopper to create innovative sales and marketing plans customised for the account to achieve targeted sales goals.
  • Work closely with Category, utilising data & shopper insights to optimise distribution, promotional plans and create engaging ranging proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Roastery Operations teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence, build robust product forecasts, including risks, opportunities and seasonality impacts.

You’ll have.

  • You will already have a strong background in branded consumer business and account management.
  • Branded FMCG training, including sales, negotiation, revenue management.
  • Big four supermarket account management experience, with proven track record of building range, winning feature space, negotiating commercials & optimising mix.
  • Experience of food & beverages is essential.
  • Comfortable with interpreting data, EPOS and forecasting.
  • High drive and ambition‑led mindset.
  • Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally.

Base salary up to £70k dependent on experience plus performance based bonus
