This role is based in our London, Blackfriars office.

As our Transformation Programme Manager you will support the delivery of Transformation Programmes within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), focusing on tacticaland strategicexecution, stakeholder enablement, and successful implementation of transformational initiatives. Current programmes includeFulfilment and Finance enablement, building resilience by implementing tactical solutions and enablement of readiness for larger-scale CRM and ERP functionality implementationsas a future state.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Delivery Support:

Serve as a key delivery resource for Transformation Programmes, ensuring tactical execution aligns withstrategicprogramme requirements and outcomes

Support theTransformationDirector and seniorTransformationleadership in coordinating delivery activities across the transformation portfolio

Work within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) framework to ensure consistent delivery approaches and reporting

Tools and SystemsImplementation Delivery:

Apply hands‑on experience in delivering system implementations across multiple user groups and international locations

Support configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities to ensure successful system adoption

Coordinate with technical teams and business users tofacilitatesmooth implementation processes

Transformational Change Enablement:

Enable transformation initiatives with a focus on people change, learning, and user adoption

Support the design and delivery of change enablement activities, including training programmes, communication plans, and adoption strategies

Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to drive understanding and readiness for change

Work closely with programme peers and theTransformationDirector toidentify, track, and resolve dependencies across workstreams

Support integration activities to ensure seamless delivery across the transformation portfolio

Escalate risks and issues appropriately tomaintaindelivery momentum

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build andmaintainrelationships with stakeholders across the organisation, including business leaders, subject matter experts, and end users

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to gather requirements,validatesolutions, and drive decision‑making

Communicate programme progress, risks, and achievements to diverse audiences, including journalists, marketers, salespeople, product managers, and data scientists

Tactical Execution & Programme Support:

Execute day‑to‑day programme activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on deliverables

Support theTransformationDirector inmaintainingstrategic alignment while ensuring tactical delivery excellence

Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for programme governance forums

Process & Structure Implementation:

Implement programme processes, tools, and rhythms to bring structure to complex delivery environments

Support the establishment of governance frameworks, reporting cadences, and decision‑making forums

Balance structure with flexibility to enable innovation and adaptability

Team Enablement:

Support the development of collaborative, self‑organising team practices within programme workstreams

Facilitate team ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities

Coach team members on programme processes, tools, and ways of working

Support regular programme evaluations, health checks, and lessons learned sessions

Gather feedback from stakeholders and teams toidentifyopportunities for course correction

Contribute to the evolution of programme delivery approaches based on insights and changing needs

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a Programme Delivery,Transformation Manager, or similar transformation delivery role

Hands‑on experience supporting ERP or CRM system implementations across multiple user groups and international locations

Experience delivering complex transformation programmes involving people change and adoption activities

Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams, including sales, marketing, editorial, product, and technical teams

Strong facilitation and coordination skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations

Practical experience applying Agile methodologies, tools, and ceremonies in programme delivery contexts

Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to change, andmaintainstakeholder confidence through effective communication

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse professional profiles and senior stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to support self‑organising teams and collaborative working practices

Experience with programme management tools and platforms

Familiarity with ADKAR or similar change management frameworks

Experience working in media, publishing, events, or B2B information services environments
