The EFI Manager is at the heart of the business and plays a key role within Four Square. The position is responsible for leading the Edinburgh Furniture Initiative (EFI), driving performance, managing our retail shop and warehouse teams, and ensuring excellent customer service and efficient logistics operations.
As EFI Manager, you will lead the day-to-day planning and delivery of all EFI activities, ensuring resources are used effectively and objectives are achieved. This varied role combines retail management with oversight of store operations, logistics, warehouse activities, and delivery services.
