Job Overview

Field Service Engineer (Training on F Gas) – Base salary £40,000 – £45,000 (OTE £52,000). The role offers a fully funded F‑Gas qualification, training, progression, and a company van.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and installing commercial refrigeration and air‑conditioning systems across Gloucester, Bristol, and Worcester, with occasional nationwide call‑outs.
• Work a local patch schedule, Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week with optional overtime.
• Participate in ongoing internal and external training programmes.

Qualifications

• Field Service Engineer or similar experience.
• Experience with refrigeration or air‑conditioning equipment.
• Willingness to obtain (and be fully funded) an F‑Gas qualification if not already qualified.
