Technical QA Lead – Automation-First & AI-Driven Testing

Intec Select is looking for an experienced Technical QA Lead / Test Manager to spearhead the quality engineering efforts in a major digital transformation program. This role requires a hands-on leader who will implement an automation-first testing strategy while collaborating with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in QA/Test Engineering, strong automation and API testing skills, and a proven track record in mentoring teams.

This position is hybrid and based in London with a contract of 6 months, likely to extend.
