Senior Group Financial Controller – Hybrid Leadership

ARO group is looking for a Group Financial Controller to oversee the finance function and manage a team. This senior role involves ensuring statutory compliance, leading financial reporting, and improving financial processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, be a qualified accountant with at least 4 years of PQE, and have strong analytical and communication skills. A hybrid work arrangement allows flexibility while requiring onsite presence three days a week.
