Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative

Responsibilities

• Mobile round working on various multi‑site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools, colleges, parks and open spaces
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
• Working within a small team
• Providing customer service interaction to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out

Qualifications

• Experience of managing a small team
• Working independently or within a small team
• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Experience of using hand‑held power tools (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
• Valid driver’s licence is essential

£30k-£40k + based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. (Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed)
