What will you do?

  • Develop and embed process management capability across the Alliance:
    • Provide coaching and guidance to process owners and function leads on process digitalisation and automation to improve efficiency and user experience.
    • Foster a process‑led culture that promotes accountability and improves document management and maintenance.
  • Support audits, including external ISO certification audits, by demonstrating robust process architecture, governance, and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Continuous Improvement Team to identify opportunities to eliminate waste, reduce complexity, improve efficiency, and enhance the user experience.
  • Present process strategies, maturity assessments, and improvement roadmaps to senior leadership.
