Role Description
This is a part-time/Full time on-site role for a Betting Office Relief Manager located in Peterborough and surrounding areas. The Relief Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of the betting shop. Responsibilities include managing administration, handling customer inquiries, operating betting shop equipment, and providing good customer service. Additionally, the Relief Manager will be expected to maintain high standards of Punctuality and reliability and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a betting shop or similar environment is preferred
- Flexible availability to cover shifts as needed
