Salary: £124,800 – 124,800 per year
Requirements
- We require Certified LabVIEW Architect, Certified LabVIEW Developer, or equivalent experience.
- We require typically 4 years of experience as a LabVIEW software developer.
- We require experience with object-oriented LabVIEW programming.
- We value knowledge or experience with databases, such as SQLite.
- We value knowledge or experience with source code control, such as Git and Git-Flow.
- We are looking for someone comfortable working in an agile software development environment.
- We require the ability to work in a regulated environment and support product security requirements.
Responsibilities
- We design, develop, test, and debug LabVIEW software for Raman Spectroscopy products.
- We contribute to new product development and product improvement projects.
- We follow agile software development processes using Jira.
- We collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and troubleshoot integration issues.
- We maintain code quality through comprehensive documentation and unit testing.
- We contribute to continuous improvement activities, internal user groups, and ongoing learning and development.
- We ensure our software meets regulatory and product security requirements.

We develop cutting-edge products with applications ranging from airport security screening to pharmaceutical quality control. This is an 18-month temporary contract based in Didcot, Oxfordshire, and the role is outside IR35.
