CRM Programme Lead

Job Summary

CRM Programme Lead (Contractor) – Temporary. Duration: 12 months initial. Location: Berkshire (hybrid working available). Rate: Circa £650 per day (Umbrella).

SRG is partnering with a global pharmaceutical organisation with an exciting new contract opportunity. The client is seeking an experienced Project or Programme Lead to support a major multi‑year CRM transformation programme. As CRM Programme Lead, you will work with senior stakeholders across business and technology to shape and deliver CRM strategy across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of CRM programme roadmap and global rollout activities.
• Partner with Business Technology, commercial teams, and vendors to deliver CRM solutions.
• Optimise CRM capabilities to improve field force effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including GDPR and consent management.
• Oversee testing, implementation, and deployment of CRM solutions across markets.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, programme communications, and adoption across user groups.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva CRM).
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale CRM or digital transformation programmes.
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., pharma, life sciences, healthcare).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
