Product Owner

Salary: £35,000 – 45,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, or strong Business Analyst experience with a move into product ownership
• Comfortable working hands‑on with a development team, including specs, user stories, user guides and documentation
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand problems in detail
• Experience with system integrations, such as e-commerce platforms or ERP systems, is advantageous
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases is advantageous
• Background in logistics, supply chain or a similar environment is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and business requirements into clear specifications, user stories and documentation
• Work closely with Customer Success and Implementation teams to understand priorities and provide realistic delivery timelines
• Prioritise what gets built next based on customer value, technical feasibility and strategic impact
• Define acceptance criteria and check delivered work against the specification
• Communicate clearly and escalation issues to ensure critical go-live items do not slip
• Help bring more structure to the product function as the team grows
