The Opportunity
- Lead the delivery of infrastructure, utilities, and energy projects across the region
- Manage land rights, access, easements, wayleaves, and compensation matters
- Provide expert advice to landowners affected by infrastructure schemes
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project partners
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships
- Oversee project strategy, resourcing, and commercial performance
- Support, mentor, and develop junior surveyors
- Drive growth, innovation, and service development within the team
About You
- Experience in infrastructure, utilities, land rights, rural surveying, or energy projects
- Solid understanding of landowner representation and infrastructure impacts
- Confidence managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and convert opportunities
- Leadership capability – proven or emerging
- Ideally MRICS, though equivalent experience is welcomed
- Collaborative, grounded approach suited to a close‑knit consultancy environment
- Enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to shape a service line
