I’m currently partnering with one of the UK’s leading Tier 1 contractors to appoint an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of major industrial and logistics developments.

The Role
You’ll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale, technically complex projects, providing strategic leadership across design, programme, commercial, operational and client interfaces from pre-construction through to final handover.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Extensive Tier 1 contractor experience with strong career longevity.
- A proven track record delivering major infrastructure, industrial or technically complex projects.
- Experience managing Design Managers and external design consultants.
- Practical BIM coordination and clash detection experience on complex schemes.
- Strong digital capability alongside traditional construction delivery expertise.
- Excellent project controls and programme leadership experience.
- FIDIC Red Book contract experience, including managing interfaces with the Engineer.
- Delivery of major civils and substructure packages including retaining walls, bulk earthworks, remediation, piling, precast driven and CMC works.
- Knowledge of contaminated land remediation, verification and materials management in live project environments.
- End-to-end project lifecycle leadership from planning through to successful project completion.
