Customer Success Executive

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service with a high emphasis on communication.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by supplying problem-solving resources.
  • Proactively manage customer orders in a correct and timely manner.
  • Demonstrate and promote excellent customer service through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the team and business on daily and continuous improvements.
  • Complete daily routine and ensure deadlines are met on time.
  • Deal with delivery disputes, raise customer returns and handle invoice queries.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy environment.
  • Strong team player.
  • A desire to look for opportunities to improve and collaborate.
  • Computer literate.
