Customer Success Executive
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a high emphasis on communication.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by supplying problem-solving resources.
- Proactively manage customer orders in a correct and timely manner.
- Demonstrate and promote excellent customer service through effective communication.
- Collaborate with the team and business on daily and continuous improvements.
- Complete daily routine and ensure deadlines are met on time.
- Deal with delivery disputes, raise customer returns and handle invoice queries.
Qualifications
- Experience within a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy environment.
- Strong team player.
- A desire to look for opportunities to improve and collaborate.
- Computer literate.
