The Opportunity
In this role you will:
- Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
- Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement
- Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectivelyImplement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions
- Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
- Implement project procedures and ensure they are always observed
Qualifications
- Experience project managing on a data centre project with a focus on mechanical aspects
- Project management professional certification or actively seeking one
- Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
- Detail oriented and quality focused
- Excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Ability to build strong relationships with team and clients through shared purpose and openness
